Shipping policy
At Foresta, we are a small business committed to offering unique, high-quality products, and we aim to provide the best possible service. Below you’ll find our shipping costs and return policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Shipping Costs:
Italy: Free shipping on orders over €80. For orders under €80, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Rest of Europe (Spain*, France, Portugal, Germany, Denmark and Romania): Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
*Please note that for Spain, free shipping is only available for orders within the Peninsular region. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and other Spanish territories, a significant reduction in shipping costs will be applied.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Denmark and Romania, and we are working to expand our shipping options across Europe.
Returns
We recommend referring to our measurement charts before making a purchase to minimize sizing issues. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out for assistance.
Return Policy: You can return products within 10 days of receiving your order, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Process: To return an item, please contact us at info@forestahomewear.com. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged:
- Inform the courier immediately upon reception.
- Accept the package with a reservation by stating “damaged package" and follow the appropriate procedure.
- Take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours at info@forestahomewear.com.
