Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany and Denmark. We are working to expand our shipping options to all of Europe.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over €80 for Italy and over €150 for Portugal, France, Germany, Denmark, and Spain (Peninsular only). For orders under these amounts, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
You can return products within 10 days of receiving your order. However, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@forestahomewear.com to initiate the process. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change your order if it has not yet been processed by sending an email to info@forestahomewear.com. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by item, please refer to our size charts for specifications for each product.
How do I care for my garments?
- Hand wash in cold water: To preserve the colors and prints, it's best to hand wash block printed garments in cold water.
- Machine washing : If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle with cold water and place the garment in a mesh bag for extra protection.
- Use mild detergent: Avoid harsh detergents. Opt for a mild, pH-balanced detergent to protect the fabric and print.
- Do not bleach
- Avoid wringing
- Dry in shade: Direct sunlight can cause the colors to fade. Dry the garment in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
- Iron on reverse: If needed, iron on the reverse side of the garment at a low to medium heat to protect the printed surface.
- Avoid dry cleaning
These steps help maintain the vibrancy and longevity of the block printed garment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged:
- Please inform the courier immediately upon reception.
- Take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours at info@forestahomewear.com.
- We’ll work with you and the courier to file a claim and find a solution as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
How can I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Once we hand over your order to the postal service, we will send you the tracking number. If you have any questions or cannot access your account, please send us an email with your order number to info@forestahomewear.com
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget the password to access your account, you can send us an email at info@forestahomewear.com, and we will send you a link to reset your password and log in again.
